To get to sniffspot you will come through driveway gate, park, and then cross the front yard to the sniff spot. Property is fully fenced with a driveway gate. Sniffspot is fully fenced, wooded and slightly sloped. Fresh drinking water is provided for the dog(s). Fence height is 4'.

We have 3.3 wooded acres set back from the cul de sac and we back up to Duke Progress public game land. Previous owners created a trail out there that connects to a power line cut and 4x4 trails. You can hike for miles if you want and probably won’t see another person. We have a doggy paradise on our 3+ acres.
