IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Large 50 acre property with ponds/creek right off the 401! Unfenced but lined with tall hedge on three sides. There are great ponds for swimming and Cow Creek near the back 20 acres to play in, a wetland area has been recently installed by a nature conservation group. We ask folks to keep dogs on leash through the front 5 acres where we grow organic vegetables. Please do not enter the greenhouses or barn. Please stay out of the crops and garden beds.

We have 6 acres which is a mix of open area, woods and a creek. We keep the lawn cut but do not maintain our woods. You are free to cross the bridge and walk in the woods but it may be overgrown during summer and fall. Feel free to splash in the creek or check out the playhouse. We frequently see deer and other wildlife however they likely will be hiding when dogs are around. Please clean up after your pets. *please note we have a woodchuck living under our deck that likes to poop on our stairs. We try our best to clean it up but you may come across some woodchuck droppings. Our yard has been sprayed for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks.

Welcome! The yard is fully fenced with a 5 foot fence. There are free range ducks and chickens on the property. This property is also a business (small boarding and dog training) so there may be other dogs (leashed) outside the fenced area. We will try to avoid this if possible, if you don’t want to see other dogs outside the fence let me know and I can suggest times for total seclusion. Water is provided as well as poop pick up equipment and garbage pail. The entrance to the yard is right at the front of the property, to the left of the driveway. Please pull over on the grass I. I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!
