Dogs must be on leash until they get beyond houses. No dogs allowed in sheep enclosures. Dogs may swim in either of 2 ponds and the Genesee River. Must enter and exit in same spot. No climbing on river bank! Fishing allowed with NYS license and game regulations followed.

We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.
