Please be careful with kids. Travertine tile can be slippery if wet. 😇 Also there’s a cooler with cold water, ice pack and RO ice for humans or dogs. It says open me on lid.

The yard features a spacious grassy area, mature trees providing plenty of natural shade, and lots of open space for everything from zoomies to a relaxing afternoon outside. The property is securely enclosed for privacy, with fresh water available for your pup and comfortable shaded areas to cool off—especially important on those warm Arizona days. Whether your dog needs some off-leash exercise, a quiet space away from other dogs, or simply a big backyard to enjoy, this is their own private little park while you’re here. Come let your pup enjoy some grass, shade and freedom in Arcadia!

Sollie's Place: Private Parking! Pool, Agility, & Digging!

We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes! If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Sunny Day Lawn

Our backyard is a wide open space with lots of fruit trees and plants for the sniffing! We have a large patio couch and umbrella to protect you from the sun. There is a basket of tennis balls for the pups enjoyment. We also include poop bags to clean up after your pup. On the back porch we have a utility sick and soap in case you need to wash your hands. The garden hose is also available for dogs that enjoy some water, we just ask you don’t let it run for your entire visit. You enter the yard through the gate in our carport.

Come run, jump, and play in this grass manicured yard. Plenty of space to play catch and have fun zoomies. Plenty of shade as well.

The playset also serves as an observation deck for dogs to climb and survey the yard, and the bungee tether tug lets them pull and play on their own. A sensory garden and a variety of tactile surfaces including grass, dirt, wood chips, turf, and pavers add new experiences to every corner. Wooden wind chimes provide gentle, calming sounds throughout the yard, and shaded areas and a pesticide-free environment make it a safe and comfortable space. Humans can relax in seating areas or a hammock chair and enjoy off-street parking for a stress-free visit. Kuna’s Corner is playful, enriching, and welcoming for every pup and their person.
