Willow Tree Yard

Winter Holidays Sale!! $4 per hour between December 15 and January 5. After that, the price will increase to $5. Let your dog run free in our backyard that has a wooden privacy fence. They can also play or lounge under the shade of our large weeping willow tree. Free street parking in our cul-de-sac. Use of lower decks (with 3 lawn chairs) is included in base price. Use of upper deck (with 2 rocking chairs and a picnic table that has 4 chairs) is available for a small extra fee ($1). Use of shed in backyard is not an option (it will be locked). Note 1: When walking between your vehicle and the gate to our backyard, there may sometimes be other people or dogs on the street/sidewalk or in their front yards. Or there may sometimes be someone from our household leaving or arriving home (which involves walking between the front door and a car in our driveway). So please keep your dog on leash until you are inside the backyard with the gate closed (per standard SniffSpot rules). Note 2: As of November 14, our outdoor water faucets have been winterized to prevent frozen pipes. So, one free small bottle of water will be provided per reservation. If you think you will need more than that, please bring water with you (or request a bottle of water as an extra/add-on). We will turn the faucets back on in the Spring. Note 3: If you have concerns about signing up for a subscription before seeing the availability for this spot, please send me a chat message so that I can tell you when my spot is or isn't available.

Welcome to my beautiful yard. It is shaded and very secluded. There are snacks, beverages in the cooler on the table under the canopy. There is an Agility course equipment and a doggie pool for your furbabies' enjoyment.

8 acre property for your pup to enjoy 🐕

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a water hose and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHEN ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS.
