There is wired fencing all throughout the property that is in tact for the most part, only a small area further up in the woods is down. There is short black construction fencing around the homes up top that's being built.

Description

8ac farmhouse property with plenty of options for your dogs to roam around and play. There's plenty of grassy areas to pick from. Very private, quiet, and tucked away in the back away from the main road. We don't have any pets, so yours will be the only ones on the property, and we're rarely home. Feel free to use the triple fenced garden area before we start growing anything. There is new home construction up at the top of the hill they have their own short black fencing around the homes, so just stay beyond the fence. Water pump and doggie bowls available outside near the front right side of the home in front of the outhouse. Trashcans are available at the side of the house across from the shed near the trampoline. There's a basketball hoop and 🏀 if interested in playing as well as some swings for kids closer to the house. Feel free to use it. Lastly, please use Google Maps for navigation instead of Waze as it's the most updated one for finding the property. The way to operate the water pump is to pull the lever up and all the way back and wait a few seconds and the water will come out the hose. PS- if you're ever running late or got lost and some of your paid time is used up please feel free to stay a little longer to make up for it if no one else is booked immediately after you.

1)Please pick up after your pet 2) Park anywhere on the paved road that's not blocking the driveway or a car. 4) If possible, avoid going too high to the top of the hill on the field as those lots are not part of our property. Avoid getting close to homes on top of the hill and stay behind the black short fence. 5).Don't hesitate to reach out to us with any questions. 3) Have fun!

We don't have any pets yet but working on it(6yr old wants a bunny badly lol).
