Description

Beautiful 2-acre lot with lots of grass and sunshine! A majestic weeping owillow welcomes guests as they enter a the front yard. The back yard is fully fenced and has a large flagstone patio with extra chairs, cushions and tables for guests. Banquet tables with tablecloths and additional chairs are available on request for private parties. Please note that water access is not available at this time.

*There may be construction and / or lawn mowers nextdoor at a neighbor’s house, depending on the day and time of your visit, we apologize for any inconvenience! The ground is uneven is many areas so please wear appropriate footwear and watch your step! There are other animals in the area: - Deer / foxes etc: please make sure to keep the black iron gate locked after entering and when you leave so that no other animals enter the back yard. - Owls and other birds : not necessarily a hazard but they do make unusual sounds. - Turtles, frogs and other creatures may be in the yard as well. - Close the gate upon entering and exiting the back yard to prevent other animals (deer etc) from entering. - Park at the end of the driveway near the basketball hoops. - Pick up after your pup, there are extra bags available for your use. - If you use the kiddie pool , please pour the water out and refill it for the next guest. - Sometimes heavy rains can cause the water to get muddy, feel free to refresh the water if necessary using the hose. Recent high winds caused a neighbor's tree to fall into our yard, the fence is temporary patched waiting for new panel, the tree is still in yard. Due to the cold weather, the water hose has been shut off. Please let us know if you require fresh water. ***Please pick up after your pups so the yard stays clean and safe for your pup and other pups. Thank you. Doggie bags and trash can on site.*** Around 1.5 acres of fully fenced yard in Vienna. Half the yard is an open sunny field, the other half is shaded under tall trees.
