“one neighbor next door has two small dogs that bark sometimes, but not all day or anything like that. the neighbor beside that same neighbor has three or four dogs(1 medium the rest small) that don’t bark much. i have two dogs of my own that will not be in the backyard area, but mine will be in a separately fenced in area that connects directly to the house door. there is a 5’ gate that connects that area to the back yard where the guest dogs will be, but i am going to keep it locked at all times. i have a large gate for the guest dogs on the side fence of the back yard that i will be using to walk them in or out. i can check on dogs out of the back windows of my house.”

“there is a rooster a few hundred yards away that crows once or twice in the morning. the neighbors that have the four dogs two houses down have a friendly pig. you can see them (four dogs/pig) through the fences across the backyard of my next door neighbor.”

“my next door neighbors (on the opposite side of my house as the ones with two dogs) have a carport that can be seen from the back yard. it’s about 75 feet from the fence. also he has another port with a workshop connected that that is located about 60 feet from the fence, beside the very back of my back yard. behind my yard there are two adjacent yards, and one directly behind mine. one adjacent yards is blocked off from view by a wooden fence. all of the other fencing can be seen through. ps: my dogs are good guard dogs, and they will protect your dogs. i will be home all day every day. i will be getting groceries delivered to make sure the dogs are safe, and i exercise here already anyway. i don’t go out to bars nor anywhere else really, and if i want restaurant food i am getting that delivered too.”

Description

There is a rabbit hole with rabbits on the fence line of my front yard that can be seen from the side of the back yard of the neighbors with the carport . There are no houses directly across from my front yard. There are woods in that area, and there are beautiful huge oak trees in the next door neighbors yard. There is a 15 foot deep area of mostly small trees and shrubs along the entire back fence of the yard.

One of the favorite features of the yard is the large flowering azalea hedge, which blooms beautifully in the spring and creates a colorful garden backdrop. The property also includes fruit trees and natural green space that give it a relaxed, country feel while still being easy to access. This property is part of a small personal project I’m slowly building called The Wild Tide, centered around nature, community, and slow gatherings. For now, it simply means the land is cared for with intention and shared with others who appreciate peaceful outdoor spaces. Whether you’re traveling through the area or just looking for a safe place for your dog to stretch their legs, we’re happy to share our yard with fellow dog lovers. We hope your pup enjoys the space as much as ours do. Property is fully fenced, partially chain link and partially privacy fence. You can have use of fully fenced area, including sitting on covered porch and using the dog waste bags provided.
