I have plenty of room to run . It’s 2 acres, mostly cleared for paths and a large open area. Property line is fenced however that leaves quite a lot of unfenced property. I have water and trash bins available. If there is any interest I will make upgrades as demand increases.

Kiddie pool will be available upon request this time of year. Hot summer months it will be out all the time.

****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. Autumn's Dog Park is a private dog park that is a part of the Sniffspot community. We are conveniently located near the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel in a safe gated community called Wrencrest. Autumn's Dog Park is better than a community dog park because you have the privacy of playing and relaxing in your own private park without the worry of your dog getting hurt. It's like playing in your own backyard. We have shaded seating areas. A screened in lanai. There are dog bowls to give your fur baby water. A small doggy pool and hose to cool off. We have dog toys and treats. Come check us out and stay for an hour or two.

Satchel's Place is a non-profit 501c(3) and state licensed. We are a member of the Greated Hernando Chamber of Commerce. Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. However, for auditorially reactive dogs, please have them remain on leash until they are comfortable. Owner available for communication at any time through the Sniffspot app.

We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 80+!!! It is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

Nice size Florida yard. Fully fenced with 6 foot sides and 4 ft back. Access gate to no build wooded area in back of property for extra on leash sniffing/nosework opportunity. Resident older neutered male Chihuahua and young neutered male German Shepherd available for play dates upon request only. On site dog trainer of nearly 40 years experience with ALL types of dogs and behaviors, including reactivity, fear and aggression. Available for consult upon request. Thank you. /////////////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles.
