55Linda’s dog yard is so beautiful! You can tell she’s put a lot of effort and a lot of care into making it an oasis for dogs. She was so friendly and she made sure there was plenty of water sources plus extra jugs of water in case we ran out. There are several shady places to sit while your dog plays with the toys she graciously provided. We will definitely return!!!

55We enjoyed Karen's wonderful dog park so much. Everything was as advertised; absolutely everything a dog and his human could want . Our dogs loved that there was foliage to sniff and roam through. We enjoyed the lights when it became dark and sitting in Karen's comfortable furniture to have some memorial day snacks and enjoy relaxing without reactive dogs. They were SO busy, they didn't even care about barking dogs in the area! We will definitely be back.

55Linda’s yard is THE place to go when we want to have off-leash training or to just run around. The yard is always clean and the water bows are always full when we get there. Needless to say, it’s the perfect spot to watch your dog running around while you sitting in the shade :)
55Nice clean backyard. There are stray cats and you can hear other dogs in the neighborhood. Nothing bad just wanted to mention. The host was great, very responsive and kind. Perfect fence even for a toy and big dog.
5510/10 for this host! Her umbrella had been damaged in a storm and when I told her we were bringing our baby and would need shade, she went out and bought a new umbrella! The park was clean and there was fresh water in clean bowls. Our dog isnt much of a player so he spent most of the time relaxing and sniffing around. Perfect spot to bring our dog and baby and relax without worrying about other people's dogs jumping on the baby. Cute yard decor as well :)

Are you looking for a spot for your dog to run and play? Stop your search right here. I am happy too share part of my yard with the Sniffspot community in Springdale. My yard is inviting to all dogs that need some exercise and free time off the leash. This spot is geared for medium and small dogs although large dogs have visited also. It's roomy and completely fenced with plenty of fresh clean water. I provide tennis balls, frisbees, sticks and other toys for your dogs enjoyment. Don't bring your dog poop bags. I have pooper scoopers and a trash can that you're welcome to use to keep the yard clean. There are chairs, table and an umbrella for the owners to relax and watch their dogs play. Oh and yes free Wi-Fi while you're here. Reasons you might want to rent a private dog park: 1. Your dog is shy or timid 2. Your dog is aggressive around others 3. Your dog is a senior age, frail or healing 4. Your dog is anxious around others 5. You want your dog to play without worrying about other dogs around yours. 6. You don't have a fenced yard 7. The fenced back yard is about 1/2 an acre or more of grass, concrete, rocks, fire pit, shade covering, and a small garden/orchard area (it's not for dogs, but we know it can be hard to keep them out of it - and that is OK! :) ). Gate entrance at the end of the driveway. Dog dish & hose water, doggy bags (these may be under the water dish), electrical outlet by the house back door, shade/sun protection with chairs, fire pit & chairs, swing on the tree, basketball hoop & balls in plastic toy shed, yard giant connect four, and kid toys in the toy shed. Garbage can is the big green one next to the garage. No restroom on site. No wi-fi. Enjoy your stay! This property owner currently does not have dogs anymore, but the yard is still dog friendly and we love that that SniffSpot allows this great yard to still bring joy to other dogs and their hoo-mans.
