Our spot is on a large corner lot on a dead-end street in a quiet, secluded neighborhood. We have one nextdoor neighbor who has no pets, and we have large privacy trees between us. The yard is shaded with established trees, and roughly three quarters of an acre are fenced in with a ranch style wooden fence (the lowest rung is 6 inches above the ground, so our spot is not suitable for tiny dogs who might want to run underneath). The yard is not close to the road, but people occasionally walk by and are visible. We have lots of squirrels and chipmunks to chase. It's a great spot for reactive dogs who need to run or nap in a sun-dappled space and don't do well at a traditional social dog park. We have a large vegetable garden and do not use pesticides in the yard to protect our pollinator friends. Our cozy deck is available with comfortable seating, tables, and wifi. I work from home and am often around if you happen to need anything. We do have a rescued 7 year old pup on the premises, but he will stay inside and away from windows. Come on in and make yourselves at home!

I've been shoveling random spots every chance I get, I have had a couple of visits and everything has seemed to be ok! 🤠🤠 if the barn gate will not open or possibly won't close on the day you are over please use the gates around the house. There's one on every side of the house! Those have been working fine! The driveway is plowed & ok to use! Let me know if you want me to leave a sled outside for your dog to pull you! We had a blast with that today, we have a working dog and he loves a good task!  With it being cold out, I will do my best to leave water in the barn for your dogs. If I do not, there is always empty bowls & the pool in the barn if you want to fill one up. I'll always message you ahead of time and let you know if I'm home to help out. There are no farm animals here currently and this is a pasture that is now cleaned up and ready for our pups to play in. You can bring chairs, set a fire in the fire pit. * Short grass / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but CATTLE fencing so great for larger dogs & dogs with GOOD recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property! * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have your own space.
