I don't think I can add much from my first comment. This was our second trip to David's sniffspot, and our pups had a blast! It's a perfect spot to take your well trained pups on an awesome off leash adventure, or to bring a pup in training! Lots of natural distractions and stimuli, with the knowledge of knowing your the only ones there! Will definitely continue to use this spot!

Beautiful piece of land. My German Shepherd loves the water so the water features were a big hit! I felt like we only explored a tiny piece of the property so we will definitely be back 👍

David's spot was absolutely fantastic! Instructions for parking upon our arrival, and a map of the property left for us to use. Just a short walk down a dirt road and we were in our own private slice of puppy adventure! There are a few areas that have piles of scrap and other items, but David provided this information before, and it was labeled on the map so we would know when we needed to keep the pups closer, and where to keep them away from. There were SO many different areas to explore. Trails, fields, hills for the pups to climb, water for them to pop into, and smells for them to follow. We arrived to our booking a bit late due to heavy fog, and David was kind enough to let us stay longer than our booking, as no one was booked after us. We ran the pups until they were making their way back to the car without any guidance! They had an absolute blast. I would 100% suggest this as an awesome spot to bring you pups to go on an adventure and burn out all of their energy. I would definitely suggest having your pup on a long line if they do not have a solid recall, as there are bodies of water, and plenty of wildlife and places they could scamper off to when overstimulated. On leash or off though, a wonderful spot to bring your dogs for a long hike, or to work on your training! Especially if you have any pups that struggle with reactivity or are just beginning to socialize. Or if you want to work on scent or hunt training! Thank you for having us! Will definitely be back!

All of the dogs loved cooling off in the water for a few hours, it was the best time and an amazing spot!

Lots of trails to explore and spots to sniff. We were there for 2 hours and probably still could’ve explored more!

We are absolutely obsessed with David’s property. This is such a peaceful location to unwind with your pups, there is plenty of land for them to roam off leash and different spots go swimming in if they get hot. My only regret is that I didn’t book for more time ! Looking forward to our next trip back

Awesome spot! Definitely needed to spend more time to explore all the acreage but my dog was wiped out and loved it

Lots of space for the boys to run off leash. Took a bit to find a spot for them to swim but almost Lost track of time once we did! We’lll be back! (Be tick safe!)

Really peaceful spot! My dog and I both had a wonderful time. The trails are easy to follow and there’s plenty of space for off-leash running! Would definitely visit again
