With ample parking in driveway, and at the playground only a few steps away- you’ll have a private entrance accessing the yard; where you’ll find a kiddie pool, and tons of tennis balls. This area is furnished with Lounge Chairs, and outfitted with a garden hose- ensuring no mess on your exit. I plan on re-sodding, adding a cowboy pool, landscaping, and adding a lanai within the next two years- so check back for future updates. I do have a fixed female Australian Shepherd who will want to play with you and your pup, but can make other arrangements for her upon request.
