Hello fellow pet parents! We have a total of three lush green acres available for your beloved pet friends to explore. The space is fully-fenced. Our fence is a 3.5 foot high cattle fence with wire mesh. The entrance to our spot is a large metal swing gate. The spot has cut short-grass. There are lots of deer among other animals in the area so your dog can have their own sniffing adventure! No need to worry if your dog is reactive because these animals usually keep their distance. We have digging areas and poop bags. We also have some wood planks that could possibly be used for agility jumps (See pictures). You can enjoy a chill hangout at the picnic table, or relax on the lawn chairs while watching your pup. Hand sanitizer, sunscreen, and a trash can will be provided as well. At this time we are not able to offer water or doggy bowls. The area is quite tranquil; you can enjoy birds chirping or even meditate. Portable lawn chairs are also accessible. It’s a perfect place to take some time off from daily life struggles and relax; both for you and your furry friend! Shady spots are available during any time of the day if you don’t like to be under the sun. We would love to see your furry friends enjoying our yard. We’re excited to share our farm with you and your pups! Our 114-acre property is something really special—rolling fields, shaded wooded trails, and ponds where dogs can swim and play freely. It’s peaceful, private, and incredibly beautiful in every season. We’ve tried to think of all the little details to make your visit easy and enjoyable, including trail maps with distances, fresh drinking water for both you and your dog, towels for muddy paws or wet fur, and easy parking on asphalt. We’re dog lovers ourselves and have two rescue pups who will be safely secured inside our home during your reserved time so you can enjoy uninterrupted access to the property. Whether you’re here for a long walk or just to let your dog run wild, we hope it feels like your own private retreat.

Open space for you and your best friend to play. I will often have a clean bowl of water ready for you pup(s) at the bottom of the stairs and toys to use. Come and have some fun!

Welcome to my little private paradise for dogs. When you come to our location, you will be welcome to come to the side gate into the yard. We have lots of room and shade for running and playing. There will be water bowls and toys accessible for your dog. Seating will be available for you as well. Make this your dogs home away from home.

Acres of fun

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

100 Acre Unfenced Private Fields, Trails, Ponds & Streams

A true off-leash adventure for dogs who love freedom and nature! Enjoy 100 acres of unfenced fields, rolling hills, and wooded trails—perfect for dogs who love to explore. You can hike on designated trails, on mowed fields or use the ponds for water training for hours with your pup(s). Our farm has: ✔️ Abundant wildlife! ✔️ Wide-open, completely unfenced land ✔️ Natural terrain with fields, hills, and trails ✔️ Ponds, streams and endless sniffing opportunities Parking & Arrival: Please park to the right of the big red barn, by the dumpster and begin walking from there. The farm sits on a very sharp curve, so use caution when entering and exiting the property. Dogs must be on leash when exiting your car and near the road. Once you are safely away from the road and barn, dogs may be off leash for the remainder of your visit. If your dog has never been off leash, we recommend you have an airtag or a GPS collar on them. Please do not let your dog leave the designated walking areas on our farm. Occasionally, you may see an older grampa (my father) working in the fields.
