The running space in back yard is great; however, I had two concerns. One large gate that you can not see from entrance was wide open with no locking mechanism. I found a piece of wire on a pile and rigged it shut. There is also a dilapidated shed with no door with significant roof damage that allows water to collect in the shed debris. It should be blocked off. I found a piece of wooden fence and blocked it myself. No water bowl or access to water I could find. The owner rents the house as a VA group home. One tenant came out to chat when he saw my dogs in the backyard. He had no idea what snifspot was or that the yard was being rented out. He was very pleasant and after understanding why I was in the backyard, went back inside. I would go back if the two safety issues were addressed.

Fully fenced backyard on a privately owned .25 acre lot, ready for zoomies! The backyard is approx. 10k sq. ft. We are located close to college town, near the intersections of Jackson Bluff Road and Lipona Road. There’s plenty of space and shade for both you and your fur babes. This space is ideal for 1-3 dogs, big and small. You’re welcome to use the hose, sprinkler, and we don’t mind the digging! The garden is a work in progress and some small sections may be roped off to allow new grass to grow. We have two dogs of our own; they may bark but will be safely secured and out of sight so you can enjoy the space. And if you’re looking for socialization, our mini schnauzer Baxter is the perfect playmate! The gate to the backyard will be closed and locked until your scheduled time, and will be opened for you when ready. Street parking available right in front of house if space not available in driveway. Become a member and receive a discount on the hourly rate! ($6.25 per hour vs. $8 per hour).

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
