Description

Large backyard oasis for pets and humans to share! Large turf area with Adirondack chairs for the humans and dog toys and water for the pups. The pool is large with a sun shelf for small and large dogs toys cool off. There are lounge chairs and outdoor furniture for humans and dog beds for the pups. The pool is independently enclosed so you control access to that area when entering. The pool is kept at 87 degrees. There are water stations and hoses for the pups in both the turf and pool areas. There is an outdoor fridge for the humans if they want to bring water or drinks and keep them cool. The entire yard is surrounded by a 6 foot wood privacy fence so your pups can run free without distractions. We hope you enjoy our oasis!

Additional rules

We welcome all dogs and their humans to our backyard oasis. We ask that you return the yard in the same or better condition than you found it. Pick up after your pets, return the toys to the bins, and throw away garbage in the 2 trash cans on property. One is located outside the back gate (blue can) and one is located by the pool hose. Poop bags are located in the turf area. Please dispose of poop in either trash can. Access is through the back gate only - this is located on Wilder Ave. You can park back there as well. Try to stay parked on the grey rock area wherever possible. Additional parking is available in the lot across from that area. Do not park in front of our neighbors homes in the back. Toys are available in designated bins both in the turf area and the pool area. Please ensure toys are removed from the pool and placed back in the bin when you leave. Water stations and hoses are located in the pool area and the turf area. If your dog pees on the concrete or pool deck, please do your best to hose it down. If you open umbrellas please close them before you leave. The pool deck can get hot in the summer so feel free to hose it down to cool it off. Please watch your humans and pets in the pool area and be safe around the pool as it can be slick when wet. We hope you and your pups enjoy your time at our little oasis!
