The Acreage, Florida

Description

This is a fully fenced 2 acre property. The main house is on the front acre. I prefer dog park guests to stay on the back acre if possible. There is a pond for the dogs to swim and a shelter for shade along with table and chairs. There is a wooded area with a trail that goes around it along with wide open spaces for running and playing. The neighbors do have dogs and they share a fence line so there could be some fence running activity. It would be best if you maintain control of your dogs if the neighbors dogs are out.

The fenced property is 2 acres. The main house is on the front acre so I prefer guests to restrict their usage of the property to the back acre if possible. All them because my dogs might get excited about your dogs presence. I must have advanced notice so my dogs can be secured prior to entry onto the premises. I prefer to be present for your visit.
