*Note* The water spigot in the yard will be turned off during the cold months between November and March. I will provide a bowl of fresh water whenever I am able to do so, but it might be a good idea to bring some fresh drinking water for your pets if you think you’ll need it. Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

Fallon's Farm 2 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Greensboro

Fallon's Farm is located on a dirt road in Greensboro MD. The entire property is 3.5 acres, but due to old outbuildings and pending renovations, I ask that the back yard is not explored. There is a fenced area that is used as a play area for my children. Your children are welcome to play along with your doggo. The unfenced area is an open side yard where you may spot a rabbit or two depending on the time of year. I use this area to play fetch with my dog and race with my kids. You are welcome to park your car and explore! The dirt road is wonderful for a long walk and rarely has traffic (besides a tractor or two). In the warmer months, we have a sprinkler and/or water hose you may use. There are chairs, a picnic table, and I will be certain to set a bowl of water outside for your pet friend.

The Oasis (3 Acres & Lake)

People have occasionally been showing up around the lake - please be aware of this We do test for blue green algae (scroll to picture 5) and we tested NEGATIVE. The lake is safe and not suffering from any toxic algae blooms. Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for your pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please maximum! North East Manor, Doggie Heaven

1700s Historic Home with 10 acres. The North East river borders one side to run and play, and the railroad line runs along the other side but is fenced. Rabbits, groundhogs, and squirrels are plentiful! Field mowed area in some spots, so not all lawn cut grass at this time. It is mowed regularly but may be of varying heights throughout the summer. Woods are available to walk through; however, no trails are available yet (coming soon!). Privacy in the backyard, may see occasional joggers or fishermen on the street out front. Circular driveway is good for laps. The fenced portion of the yard is only for advance approved usage by very young or small dogs. Please keep dogs off of front porch; Gazebo is available for shade or inclement weather. Sniffspot tote is located under the gazebo in a teal tote. Please leave dirty bowls and towels outside of bin for cleaning.

20 acre property, 18 acres wooded, 2 acre pasture with a quarter acre pond. Pastor has horse fence which dogs can easily get through. Pastor is surrounded by three sides with woods, very private.

Ranger and Duke's Happy Place

Fully fenced in backyard with plenty of room for a good game of fetch! Various dog toys on site for your fur baby. This is a residential property with neighbors who also have dogs. The backyard is in full sun before noon and partial shade in the late afternoon. We have seating and a table with umbrella for those extra sunny days.
