IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Set aside the Goulburn River in scenic Trawool, this off-leash haven offers 10 acres of grassy hills for your dog to roam wild and free. With direct access to the Great Victorian Rail Trail and plenty of native wildlife to spot (hello, kangaroos!), it’s an adventure packed escape for both two- and four-legged visitors. Whether you're after a solo stroll or a group playdate, this private slice of country paradise is yours to enjoy.

- Electric fencing - Uneven ground - Blackberry bushes - Wildlife such as kangaroos and deer - Snakes esp. in summer - Slippery rocks - Wombat burrows This paddock is also available for campers - please be cautious around the firepit as there is a very small chance food scraps or bones may have been left accessible to your dog. We of course do a thorough check after the site has been used.

While this paddock is fully fenced and we make every effort to maintain the fences, please be aware that there may be one or more areas your dog (esp. small ones) could escape e.g. wombat trails under the fence. Please ensure you have an excellent recall on your dog or keep them on a long recall leash while exploring. There may be wildlife present in the paddock, please do not let your dog chase them. Please also be aware of snakes, even in cooler months.

We would love your pooches to come visit ‘our yard’ while they are travelling and spend some time just being dogs in a safe and secure environment. We have two spaces, both are approx ½ acre. One has a dam, a little dam hill that dogs love running up and down and shady and sunny areas. The other area is flat with no swimming space but has mature trees with shaded and sunny areas. All areas have secure, tight, higher than 6ft fencing with no gaps/holes underneath. Grass is kept low. Not suitable for very small dogs under 7kg or so as they may be able to get under the gate gap. Fresh water is provided. Poop disposal bin provided. Garden table and chairs on site. Safe and secure for all except very small sized dogs. Enjoy a picnic while your puppers explore their new surroundings. Parking available onsite. Parking available for larger vans. Public toilets are only a few minutes away in our quaint little township of Violet Town where there are cafes selling delicious food and coffee. Violet Town also has a dump point near the pub.
