Currently the area is unexplored and rugged. Coming with the warmer weather with be a clear trail, benches at various points, clear waste recepticals, exercise area with obstacles for your pets, water station, etc. However currently this is a new venture for my family and given the current weather the area is completely as is in its roughest form.
