Hi everyone! We love sharing our private oasis with the dogs of Tucson who love to swim and need a relief from the heat! Unfortunately, due to some not kind reviews, we are going to block the schedule and will only accept reservations from a direct message in advance and we will unblock it so you can reserve your spot for your dogs! While we are super sorry for this inconvenience and added layer of communication, we would like to do this to protect our peace and ensure only gratitude and positivity is a part of our home environment because we do live here. We have a beautiful pool and don’t mind the extra maintenance it takes to clean and maintain it for the dogs to swim, because we are very passionate about dogs and love the joy they bring and want to give them a place to swim. They are angels on earth and that sort of pure love deserves a swim and cool down especially in this hot time! We don’t make a lot of money on this Sniffspot - just enough to cover pool maintenance supplies. We also maintain our spot ourselves and it is extra work for us. Located in a quiet neighborhood in the northwest side of town. The area is about 1000 square feet, 700 of which has real grass. The yard has a nice view of the city and shaded sitting areas.

Big Prince, Over 2 Acres Fully Fenced Private Property In Tucson

Pool may be available to dogs only on Monday, Tues, Wednesday. We have to maintain the chlorine for our weekend Swimply reservations with a lot of humans! Fenced in property, but there is no fence around the pool, so dogs can swim (when add on ammenity) or just run around. Use of pool is $14 add on. Pool may be used only on Monday, Tues, Wednesday. We are on Swimply for pool parties for humans and we don't allow dogs at that time. The dog hair in the pool is a lot to clean up so we have an extra fee if you're going to use the Sniffspot and let your dog in the pool. Once they go in through the trees and creosote you may not be able to see them, so proceed at your own discretion. I do not expect you to walk all over to see if they poo'd, but just if you can clean up what you do see in our common areas etc obviously. Please do not use yard cans for dog bags, but bring to the front where you entered to deposit in green city can. Thanks! If dogs have gone in the pool then run through the property, please don't let them go back in the pool unless you hose off their feet etc. There is a hose right by the pool. Please no more than 2 people. You can also book my pool for human pool parties on SWIMPLY it is called "water you waiting for" (we don't allow SWIMPLY guests to bring dogs.) PARKING: out by road ENTER: through security door on left of driveway gate and walk back/stay left and you'll see the pool when you get past the big white house BATHROOM: in back of the big white house, there's an Arizona Room with the glass enclosed porch and sliding door>>> in there is the laundry room with a toilet. Please do not go in the house itself. We have owned the property for five years and just opened as private dog park summer of 2026! 

Fully Fenced Yard with Grass and Pool near Swan and River

PLEASE NOTE: Due to increased summertime pool, water, grass and yard maintenance time and costs, starting May 1st we'll be raising our rate to $18 per hour. Also starting May 1st, the shade sail over the pool will be available as an "extra" you can add on. ALSO NOTE: We kindly ask that if you have a dog that sheds to please brush them before they swim, to help minimize the hair in the pool. Also, if your dog is new to swimming, please note that they tend to ingest a lot of water and will need to pee frequently once you get them home. This is a private, central spot for your dogs to play, with lots of room to roam and swim and chase their favorite ball! It has a small grassy area which is dormant in the winter and healthy and green in the summer (please do not let your dog dig). The swimming pool is available year round, but is not heated or kept fully clean in the winter, though the filter runs daily. Have fun! NOTE the shade sail you see in the one photo is an "extra" you need to request, and is only available in the summer. It provides some nice shade over the pool, mostly in the early to late afternoon. As of 4/20 the pool temp is around 70.

Not your typical backyard Sniffspot! This is Dogs of Tucson. We are closed on Mondays so we are offering our beautiful facility up for anyone looking to have private access solo or with friends! A FEW DETAILS - PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING - There will never be any other dogs on the premises during your visit. You have the entire park! - A team member will be onsite during your visit so your dogs will need to be human friendly. We offer water for your pups. - Indoor restrooms are available. - The park is monitored so you are 100% responsible for your dog. - Please pick up after your dog. There is an upper level with views of all play and agility areas, which are natural open desert trees and bushes on the outer areas on the bottom level. Accessible to pup owners are a water hose, filled pup drinking bowls, and bags (not required, clean up is included in visit), agility equipment teeter totter, tunnel, weave poles, jumping areas, pup pool by request only.
