55Amazing property!! My dog had his wee birthday party there with his best gal. Even had a dog birthday cake & scavenger hunt for them around the pond. They had soooo much fun running & cooling off! That is a HUGE bonus to this particular Sniffspot. Hosts are amazing & very accommodating!
55A beautiful space with a well-manicured lawn, enough shade, and lots of enriching areas for sniffing! We were greeted warmly, and there was fresh water out for the pups! Love this spot!

- We ask for you to please park on the street (under basketball net is fine). - There is a set of 2 brown chairs and a table that I have placed on the inside of the gate. Use them as you wish, just please return them to the same spot you took them from upon leaving. - On the table of the brown set, there will be a metal water bowl for your dog & a 4L jug of water that you can fill into the bowl as needed throughout the visit. - Please clean up after your dog if they use the washroom in the backyard; there is a large black garbage can by the gate that you can toss your poop bag into after cleaning it up. - 2 dogs live in the basement. Please avoid the sliding door/ patio area as they will get protective of the property. If paying extra for the pond, use it but please don’t let your dogs wander past it towards the house. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD. Approx 10 acres of pasture available for dogs to run and play with gate access to rail trail right behind property. There is a shed by barn that has dog bowls and toys and treats with bags and hand sanitizer as well as long line leashes if you dont feel confident with your dog being completely off leash at first. Please feel free to use them! Hose is available to be used as well and is out hanging on the gate. To turn hose on you have to go into the barn downstairs, you will see it attached in the little separate front room right inside barn door.No animals currently in pastures which is why im renting it out so it can be used and enjoyed however there may still be some leftover hay bailer twice pieces and horse manure in field so please be aware of this! There is a pond in the one south field and the fencing is livestock fencing and could use some work so smaller dogs would likely be able to get through however You know your dog best so you can choose if the fencing works for you or not. It is along the main road (Hwy 35). The fencing is in as is condition but if you need some extra space for your furry friend(s) to run and play mine sure enjoy it! There is a small 10x10 shelter in the one field and a barn with lights up top. Power and wifi (Bramwell95) are available to be used if needed, feel free to use anything in the shed up top by the main gates for your dog(s) :) Parking can be up by barn gate or you can drive onto the large grassy front yard area and park anywhere on there too.
