I highly recommend it in the early mornings or late evenings with summer creeping up fast. It’s very quiet with hardly any traffic. Reservations fill up quickly but we also block out dates when we are having puppies over for sleepovers or our dogs haven’t had enough time in their yard. Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. FYI - the spring biting gnats have appeared. Recommend using bug repellent and wearing clothing and shoes to minimize exposure. Morning times are typically better- they like heat. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Let us know if you want to visit our farm store before or after your visit. We have our Gold Medal winning Frate Sole Olive oil and Copper Hill balsamic vinegar, local Woodland farmers like us. Welcome to our dog pool! Yup, that’s right, we designed this pool specifically for dogs!!!! We have 3 large benches that accommodate dogs of all sizes (some benches are more shallow/deeper than others), plus a step that goes all the way around the pool for dogs to walk on. In addition to that, we have a step in the deep end that makes it easy for the dogs to get in and out of the pool! We also have bubblers inside of the pool (the dogs go crazy over these) and then outside of the pool we have fountains that shoot into the pool! This is literally a dream pool for dogs and dog owners! The pool is surrounded by artificial turf and a gorgeous view! We can’t wait for you to check out our pool! If your looking for a quiet and shady space for your pup, this is it! Very well maintained yard with two lounge chairs, a hammock and a bench in the back corner. The seasonal hummingbirds and the blue jays may pay you a visit, along with one squirrel if he’s feeling up for it that day.

It is countries so you do see goats pigs, I have a private screen it helps keep direct eye contact away from farm animals. Upon request, I have an obstacle course that can be put up.
