There is a pond that is occasionally filled with water. We have access to a hose for water. There is a road in the middle of the property connecting a business and our home with very occasional vehicles. Lots of space for you to avoid the road as well as like 30 acres in the back where you can be uninterrupted. Great views of knutsford. Can be quite windy at times but is nice on hot summer days.
