A few “heads up” about our spot: - the path to get to backyard is a bit steep. 👟Perhaps plan to wear appropriate footwear🙃 -like most places in San Diego there’s a possibility of snakes and we did have a recent sighting, so please use caution - the fencing on bottom right of yard is a different material, but still secure without any ways for pups to get out, but it can at times shift with weather and may be more possibilities for a pup to go under (I try and check often)🌿 - on the bottom left of the yard their are fire stick succulents🌱 on my neighbors property-the sap of these plants are toxic, so best to stay away! -lastly, if you are planning to come on a weekend morning- our neighbors typically play pickle ball at this time which can be a bit noisy and a distraction to some pups- they’re usually done by 11am. Fully fenced (chain link, great condition), kiddie pool, waste station, dog toys, dog treats, shade trees, covered patio with chairs, no neighbor dogs on 3 sides of property, only one old very well mannered Great Pyrenees on one side, he is friendly and wont charge the fence etc. Please be aware of rattlesnakes (none seen on property but they are out with the heat in this area!)
