** Price does not include pool use. Please add the extra for dogs that will be swimming. ** The "Pup Pool Paradise Open!" Is for your pup only. Please add the extra "Ultimate Bark & Swim" if you want to swim with your pup. (Limit 2 people, limit 3 dogs. If you will be bringing 4 or more dogs, please be aware there is an "extra" that will need to be purchased due to an additional charge for upkeep in the pool. The shade patio provides a comfortable spot to relax, while the outside fire pit is perfect for cozy nights. The in-ground pool offers a refreshing way to cool off, and the nearby golf course grass provides a beautiful backdrop. The fenced-in yard ensures safety for your furry friends, while the abundance of dog toys keeps them entertained. With plenty of room to roam around, your pups will have endless space to play and explore.

Hey there! Check out this awesome Fire Hydrant Sprinkler we have for your pup to enjoy in our home dog park. It's a fun way to keep your furry friend cool and entertained while they run around and play. Just hook it up to the garden hose and adjust the water flow to create the perfect amount of spray for your dog. It's only $3 to use and I promise your dog will have a blast with it. So grab a towel, bring your pup, and let's have some fun with the Fire Hydrant Sprinkler!

Picture this - a fun water feature where dogs can run, jump, and play in refreshing sprays of water. It's like a giant water park for dogs! From small pups to big breeds, everyone can join in on the fun. The best part is watching your furry friend have a blast as they chase after toys and cool off in the mist.

1. Please pick up after your pooch and dispose of waste properly. 2. All dogs must be up-to-date on vaccinations and be well-behaved around others. Proof of vaccination with proof of Bordetella vaccine must be emailed prior to your arrival. Vaccination records can be emailed to corina_specter@ymail.com 3. Keep your furry friends on a leash when entering and exiting the park. 4. No aggressive behavior or excessive barking allowed. 5. Supervise your dog at all times and be prepared to intervene if necessary. 6. Children must be supervised and not left unattended with the dogs. 7. Use of the home dog park is at your own risk. The homeowners are not responsible for any incidents or injuries. 8. Children and puppies must not be left unattended at any time while inside the home dog park, especially near the in-ground pool. It is the responsibility of the owner to supervise their children and pups at all times to ensure their safety and well-being. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in loss of park privileges. 9. No more than 1 vehicle per booking. 10. Extra: "Pup Pool Paradise Open!" Is for your pup to swim only. 11. No Alcohol Permitted 12. Have fun and enjoy this special space with your furry companions!

Our visit was amazing and Corina was so nice! She had Chuck it and dog toys and different tables with different chairs loungers a water fountain for my dog that continually refresh the water. She communicated very clearly and she even left out a chalk sign for Kyla and I welcoming us by name. I will definitely be visiting again.

Proud pet parent of a furry crew living their best life in our spot home with a dog park, shade patio, fire pit, in-ground pool, and plenty of room to roam around. Surrounded by Bermuda grass, a fenced-in yard, and tons of dog toys, every day is a doggone good time. Ready for playtime in paradise!

Private Shaded Lot in Beautiful Neighborhood

This empty grassy lot is nestled between 2 homes and is shaded under big, beautiful trees. There is lots of room to run around, play fetch, and pick up a stick or two. Neighborhood is quiet so it's perfect for nervous pups. Great, tranquil space!

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
	This spot is set for Booking, which means you will be instantly confirmed for any booking you request. You will receive the address and access instruction immediately following booking.
