55My pups had a BLAST!! There was water readily available for them and a large backyard with lots of tree obstacles for the dogs to jump over. The driveway is a bit steep, so just a thought if your car is older. Other than that, we had a nice little walk, the dogs got to run and jump and tucker themselves out, and hopefully we have a quiet rest of the day. Highly recommend this sniffspot!
35difficult for older people to navigate, as yard slopes down a rough path that leads to a catch basin, (not really pond when we were there as water was low) around this pond is lots of mud like silt and has there is lots of green algae growing in the water dogs did go in and came out covered in the slime. sorry, but i cannot recommend this spot at this time.
55This place is wonderful for providing dogs with enrichment! So many things to smell, see, hear and feel. It was a little messy as far as being muddy but I was expecting a pond so came prepared for the most part. There isn't much for humans to sit on so I recommend bringing a towel or chair to sit on while your pup plays. The owner is working on getting the outdoor hose going so you can do a quick rinse off after your pup is done playing I think that will be a great addition. I was expecting more of a trail or something for me and my dog to be able to walk but that wasn't the case but it was ok for us. He is great off leash and that would be the type of dog this is great for. If you have to keep your dog on leash and have trouble recalling I would say there wouldn't be much for you to do here. Overall we would definitely go back for sure!!

Description

Private piece of nature for your fur friends, ready to explore and get real! The Property is shaped as a rectangle, so it's wide, but the way to the water is short. It's a very short trail down to the pond starting to the right of the house, about 5 minutes, and you can also explore around the property, there's a small creek to the left of the house that connects to the pond, tho it only gets wet while/right after it rains- It's a great place for your dog to explore nature. Could get muddy after the rain, so give it 5-8 hours to dry. Pond gets really full and exciting after the rain, tho, and you'll usually find mushrooms too! If you plan on splashing in the pond - your dog will get muddy! Bring your own towel, I got the hose.
