1. **Supervision Required**: Dogs must be supervised at all times. No unsupervised play is allowed 2. **Leash Policy**: Dogs must be leashed when entering and exiting the yard at first. Once shown the area you are free to do as you wish with having them on or off leash. 3. **Clean Up After Your Dog**: Owners are responsible for cleaning up all waste immediately. Please bring your own waste bags. 4. **Behavioral Conditions**: Aggressive dogs or those with a history of biting are not allowed. Please assess your dog’s temperament before use. 5. **Respect the Neighbors**: Keep noise levels down and respect neighboring properties. Excessive barking or noise will not be tolerated. 6. **No Smoking or Alcohol**: Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the yard. 7. **Damage Responsibility**: Renters will be held responsible for any damage caused by their dog to the yard or property. 8. **Weather Conditions**: Use the yard at your own discretion during inclement weather. The owner is not responsible for any accidents or injuries. **Enjoy and Have Fun**: Most importantly, have fun and enjoy your time with your furry friend!

Welcome!! Fully fenced, large grassy yard with hammocks, outdoor couch, and dining table/chairs in a neighborhood location perfect for walks before or after your booking. The yard is fully fenced with a majority being a 6ft tall newly installed fence. The shed side of the yard is close to a neighbors house and in the summertime you can expect to hear them but privacy trees behind the shed block the view so you won’t see them. The rest of the neighbors houses are much farther away as the house is conveniently located on a double lot. Enjoy the hammocks and couches as you wish! There are toys (frisbee toys, balls, and plush toys) provided as well as doggy bags, a Coolaroo dog bed, a doggy pool (if requested) and towels for your pup!
