The yard is entirely fenced in with wood privacy fencing on the south and east side and chain link fencing on north side. The east side is where a chain link gate is and the back side of my house.

Description

This yard is in a family friendly quiet neighborhood in west Warren just south of I-696. The yard is a rectangular open space, there’s a small decorative rock garden in the corner but not much else - no trees or bushes. The single car driveway leads into the backyard. Additionally there is a small cement patio against the back of the house.

There two areas that contain mulch. One area is along the back of my house and the other is in the northeast corner where the rock garden is. Additionally the ground is slightly uneven and bumpy in few places.

Fully Fenced 3/4 Acre Super Private Yard Perfect For Running And Chasing Ball!

I am delighted to have you and your dog(s) enjoy this fully fenced in 3/4 acre yard! There are long open areas where doggo can run full speed chasing a ball. There is a concrete wall on one side of the property, woods covering the back and most of the side, and a tall fence on the front side, which creates a very private space. Also included is poop bags, water, and a poop scooper. No pesticides are used on this property. There is also plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles in the driveways. FYI- Chain-link fence is not tied down to the ground between posts, so a smaller dog may be able to push through underneath the fence. If you do not clean up after your dog, you will be blocked, so please pay attention to your dog! I hope you enjoy your stay at the property!

NOTE: Please bring your own water, as we don’t have a water spigot out back. Special note for June and July: it’s mulberry season, and boy have we got ‘em (fortunately they are not toxic to dogs).
