Description

This yard is in a family friendly quiet neighborhood in west Warren just south of I-696. The yard is a rectangular open space, there’s a small decorative rock garden in the corner but not much else - no trees or bushes. The single car driveway leads into the backyard. Additionally there is a small cement patio against the back of the house.

Cleanliness

Hazards

There two areas that contain mulch. One area is along the back of my house and the other is in the northeast corner where the rock garden is. Additionally the ground is slightly uneven and bumpy in few places.

Barney and Bailey were happy to visit Joel’s yard again. Now that fall is here and cooler temps along with the rain and snow in the future, our visits are not as frequent but definitely enjoyed by my boys. Thank you🤗

It is a second home for my boys. They feel comfortable and are always so excited to go to Joel’s 🤗 Joel is a great host. During the summer he puts out a patio table with an umbrella to block the sun if dog’s owner would like to sit and relax while their dog(s) enjoy, water is available and a nice clean yard. Thank you Joel😊

The yard was a perfect size for Colt (14) and Barney(10) to zoom. The yard was very clean with a patio area with chairs for owners to relax and keep a eye on furry companions. Easy entry and exit, a large blue trash bin for cleanup bags to be placed . I did bring a water bowl and some bottled water for my pups . The yard faces east so it is sunny and dogs will definitely need water after zooming/sniffing and just soaking up sun while catching their breath. This will be one of your pups/dogs HAPPY PLACES🤗 Have Fun!!!!

Hello! I'm an artist/designer and despite not having pets, I love dogs! I have a nice yard that doesn't get much use so I'm happy to know dogs can enjoy it!

Whether your dog wants to run with the wind, relax in a chair, or play in the water this is the perfect shady spot to do it 😉 The yard is mostly shaded by big beautiful oak trees but does get a little sun in spots. While your dog plays you can relax in the hammock or chairs by the fire pit or hang out in the tree swing. Either way y'all be hanging out with ease.

	Only one booking is allowed at a time at any spot and there is an enforced 30 min buffer between all bookings to ensure dogs in separate bookings do not meet.
