20 acre Island for full run of natural land, in the middle of Licking Creek. Island has a few mowed areas and trails. Great spot to do some training or enjoy some off leash time with your pup. Must keep dog leashed until you ford, on foot, to the Island. Water in creek is usually 8” - 6’+ Summer flow. Off street parking. Location is right next to Camp Harding park, which has restrooms, grills, play equipment and pavilions:)

We have 10 mostly wooded acres on the side of Braddock Mountain (right off Highway 70) at the end of a private road. There are also some open grassy areas around the house. 🌲 There is an unmaintained trail through the woods just beyond the driveway, indicated by a brown ‘Trail’ sign. PLEASE NOTE: The property overall is on a steep hill so it is best for those looking for a little more adventure. We hope to add some seating such as a picnic table or something in the woods soon if our spot gets enough traffic. 😃 🌱 There is also a full wrap around deck with patio furniture, hammock, plants, and an umbrella that is available for you to use. 🛑 We do not have any pets. You may occasionally see wildlife in the woods though so please beware and understand you are accepting all risks when you make a reservation with us. 📧 You will receive a message from us a few hours before your visit with Wifi and other information. 💦 There is a water spigot under the deck between the garage and sliding glass door that is available for you. 🌎 We accept last minute bookings but please know that we travel often so you may visit at a time when we’ve been away and the grass may be longer than usual, or the garbage more full than usual. Nestled in the middle of a 200acre farm this peaceful setting is dog heaven. Brand new 6 foot high mesh fencing with 6 foot high double mesh gates keep all dogs safe and secure. There is a shelter with windows that open to allow a breeze on a hot day. Chairs and other amenities make this location comfortable year round. Just a few miles from I270 and convenient to Clarksburg, Rockville, Germantown, Gaithersburg and surrounding areas.

We have a 30 acre tree farm located at the base of Sugarloaf Mt., away from roads, houses and people. Very secluded, with a 1/2 acre spring fed pond for swimming as well as groomed trails for sniffing, hiking and training. We are also a Lab Rescue foster family for young puppies and help train for their next fur-ever homes. Our place can also accommodate for upland and waterfowl training. We are as well associated with Buckeystown, Poolsville and Peachtree Veterinary hospitals.

Come enjoy our backyard! It's our dog Charlotte's favorite place to be. Plenty of fully fenced open space to run and play! Bring your own toys, or we'll leave some out for you and your pooch to enjoy! If your solo dog happens to be open to a new friend lets us know, Charlotte loves meeting new pups and is a great dog playmate!

Booking this Spot with pool usage requires you select the pool add-on! You may enter the yard via the mid-driveway gate accessed from the driveway or the LOWER porch gate accessed from the sidewalk. (Do not use the upper porch gate via the ramp because it does not always latch securely and could blow open.) If you’ve booked pool usage, enter via the backyard pool gate. Feel free to use the balls and toys in the yard! You may invite our dogs to play! Nala is 30lbs and will be shy at first but loves to run and play with other dogs. Message me if your dog would like a playmate! There is a water spigot the porch near the gate, and there should be a bowl on the porch as well (it’s not under/near the spigot it may have been moved by the wind. It should be nearby!)
