Fully fenced in back yard. Lots of good smells from my own dog and other wildlife for your pups! There’s a fire pit your welcome to use and some chairs :) MJ and smoking friendly ( buds must be disposed of in fire pit or trash can) there may not be water or clean up if reservation is made less then 24hr in advance. Please note their are other guest through out the day and if I’m not home I can’t prepare for next guest.

This is a privately owned empty residential lot. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. Entrance is at the corner of Atalanta Avenue and Glen Road. Please park along the long side of the fence on Glen Road. The city does not allow signs (see photos for more clarification). This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep them clean). A pet waste station is available along with a trash receptacle and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. Our yard is a decent size for being a city yard! It’s great for some off-leash play and energy draining for dogs. We set the availability based on what’s the most convenient for dog-play, but if you’re interested in renting the spot at night to use the fire pit, please message me directly and we can work something out.

Some dog owners in the area do walk their dogs off leash although I have never had an issue with them but want others to be aware as this is not a fully fenced in yard.

Fully fenced yard with 6ft vinyl fence on 3 sides of the yard - 1 section of fence is 3ft chain link. Yard is level with shade from one large maple tree. Porch area offers table with cushioned chairs, and bar top/metal bar stools. Moblie cloth hammock in yard availble on request when not out. Free Wifi availble for working while watching your pup play. The poop scoop is located in the corner of the yard near the gate and the green trash can at the front of the driveway is for waste. Hi, thanks for checking out this sniffspot! We have a full acre located in Wildwood but only about .4ish is fenced in! We have a firepit and picnic table for use if you want the space for extended periods of time! Our next door neighbors have 8 chickens which can be so exciting for dogs. You’ll have access to a hose and also a little sprinkler pad. Any other toys will need to be brought. Hope you & your furry friend have fun here!
