Gate on the right side of the house sticks. Pull hard. Gate on the left side of the house needs to be pulled up first before pulling out. There are several warped deck boards that present a trip hazard. Use caution when walking on the deck.

Visits can be moved or cancelled up to 2 hours before a visit.

    We had a fabulous time! The yard was really big and had lots of things for the dogs to explore. They left out a big bucket full of fresh water which was so nice. The fence was nice and tall and there was lots of space to park.

    Great spot! Tucked back from the road so it's quiet. Lawn well cared for and trees/bushes in the space for exploration. Chairs and water set out and dog beds available. My 70lb lab mix had plenty of space to run, train, and sniff around in. No sign of the owner or any other animals (a bunny did scurry through yard once but that was it). Parking was simple. I'm planning to be back!

This is a privately owned empty residential lot. Property is a “pie shape” approximately 2,000 sqft. Fenced section is approximately 130’L with one end at 30’W and the other end at 6’. This is a self regulated private dog park / dog run similar to a regular dog park. There is not water on site however a bowl will be left on site (typically inside the toy box to keep them clean). A pet waste station is available along with a trash receptacle and some dog toys. Please remember to clean up after your dogs, put away toys, and throw away trash. Pesticide free - consider bringing bug spray. To keep moles away, mole spikes that vibrate in the ground are in use and you can hear a buzzing noise. Donations are accepted via Venmo @firstresponderhandyman - to help offset the cost of poop bags, trash, etc (please keep in mind SniffSpot does take 25% of your paid price).
