Fully Fenced but a small portion is wire fencing (used to be electric fencing but no charge in them now), so might not be appropriate for some small dogs who tend to escape. There is a picture showing that fencing. ☀️ On those hotter days, take advantage of our mostly shaded trails… or if you just need that extra adventure. (*** Trails are not in fenced area) Follow the beautiful manicured trail that wraps around our fields. Eight to ten minutes will get you to the opening of our picturesque gully trail. Gully… so yes that means a hill… but it is gradual. The scenery and the sounds of nature make it so worthwhile. And if your dog loves water, there is the stream to cool off in. 💦 For best trail stay on same side of bridge. (Don’t cross over) OR if not feeling like a gully trail is for you, you can just continue your walk past the opening and enjoy the flat ground around field 🙂 ENJOY! 😊

Welcome to "The Pipeline," a field, bush, and forested area with a stream, pond, and trails that dogs are going to love exploring. No neighbours in any direction to hassle you while making all the noise you want. Grass may be tall or short when you arrive, as it is a hay field, with a trail cut around the perimeter, through the middle, and into the forest to get to the pond. Guests are able to explore the whole property, but please stay in the forest and field areas. We have marked the trails with orange tape so that you can follow or just freestyle it and go wherever the nose leads. We realize sometimes dogs get excited and will venture out of those areas, so dont sweat it. As long as they are having fun, just call them back and continue on your way. We do suggest bringing some bug spray/mosquito repellent. There may be some burrs in the bushes,you have to watch for that. I have recently purchased a trail camera to watch for wildlife around the property, so you may once in a while see that put up in various areas.

I am currently working on raking the length of the yard because of the walnuts. Still open though!* I do require notice when you book your appointment as I ask frequently out of town but I am flexible. If you'd like to book something soon rather than wait 12 hours shoot me a message and I'll see what you can do for you. Our fully fenced in spot established in Fall 2024 is very long and narrow, with a small hill at the very back. It’s a great spot for playing fetch, or if your pooch has the zoomies. One of my neighbours has trees along the West side of the fence, creating a lot of shade for your furbabies. The second neighbour has a tall fence up for privacy. There’s a picnic table available for you to use - this is where you’ll find extra poop bags and bug repellent, and also a small bistro set off to the side by the gate that you’re welcomed to sit at too. Help yourself to the dog treats on the picnic table, and toys (available in the purple bin), as well as the pile of sticks for fetch. If the sticks get chewed up no worries lol. Those things can be found along the back of my house. We have some agility equipment - an all seasons commercial fibreglass tunnel, and a big wooden spool with a wooden bench to walk along. Feel free to bring some kibble to toss in the pool noodle pool! It’s a great enrichment activity for your dog(s) - trying to search for the kibble through the pool noodle pieces. The pool noodle pool is available, weather permitting. There’s also fresh drinking water for your dog(s) with a hose nearby to refill the bowl, and a small garbage bin provided for any waste. Please note that there is a neighbour dog who is in his fenced in yard sometimes. Also, I am able to put my chickens in the coop before you come if you request that. I am VERY open to suggestions or ideas to improve this spot via chat. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions or ideas. We have Silkie chickens that stay in their fenced in area on the East side of the property. Nobody around here minds if your dogs bark at them. If you feel the chickens would be too distracting for your dog(s), please let me know and I can try and get them into the coop before your stay. Welcome! The yard is fully fenced with a 5 foot fence. There are free range ducks and chickens on the property. This property is also a business (small boarding and dog training) so there may be other dogs (leashed) outside the fenced area. We will try to avoid this if possible, if you don’t want to see other dogs outside the fence let me know and I can suggest times for total seclusion. Water is provided as well as poop pick up equipment and garbage pail. The entrance to the yard is right at the front of the property, to the left of the driveway. Please pull over on the grass I.
