Give your dog a private place to stretch their legs, sniff, explore, play, and enjoy some off-leash time without the crowds of a traditional dog park. Our approximately 2,900 sq. ft. grassy backyard is completely enclosed by an 8-foot chain-link fence! The yard is in a quiet, peaceful setting with a mature maple tree providing natural shade in the center of the yard. There are no visible dogs in the neighboring yards, and there is a public park beyond the rear of the property. Deer have occasionally been spotted in the area, adding a little extra nature to the experience. • Approximately 2,900 sq. ft. of mostly grassy yard • Secure 8-foot chain-link fencing • Private use during your reservation • Mature maple tree for natural shade • Paved driveway parking • Space for multiple dogs from the same household • A quiet environment away from busy public dog parks This would be a great option for: • Dogs who love to sniff and explore • Dogs who need space to run and play • Puppies practicing recall • Senior dogs who enjoy a leisurely wander • Dogs who simply prefer having their own private outdoor space. Multiple dogs from the same household are welcome, so your dogs can enjoy the yard together. Guests are welcome to park in the paved driveway, making arrival and departure easy. The driveway will be available for your use during your visit. Come enjoy some private outdoor time with your pups—sniff, explore, play, and relax!

1. Please discourage excessive fence-running or barking, especially toward the neighbor's homes. 2. No digging, please. We want the yard to remain comfortable and safe for as long as possible. 3. Please do not allow dogs or guests to climb, lean heavily on, or attach anything to the fencing. 4. Please make sure the gates are fully closed and securely latched whenever you enter or leave. I don't want my dogs to get out! 5. Dogs and guests must remain within my fenced in yard. The gate to the park is to remain locked and closed. 6. Guest parking is available in the driveway or along the curb. Please keep vehicles off of the grass. 7. Children are welcome when accompanied and supervised by an adult.

We are on a private well and are not subject to water restrictions. Also enjoy our 1.15 acres of fenced in pasture. With different types of farm animals cycling through all year long just beyond the fence. Sheep, mini ponies, and cows that come and go at different times of the year. Currently there are sheep, two mini ponies and cows. Fertilizer and pesticides are never used on the land so you don’t have to worry about what may be on your pups when your booking is over. Enjoy our screened in tent to get out of the sun or enjoy the sun beneath our large mulberry tree. With the hot weather we are providing chilled water for your pups and a small selection of chilled drinks for humans for free. With 24 hours notice we can provide a frozen bowl of water for your pup.

There is a swing set for the kids, ample running room for large and small dogs, along with a hill. See pictures for the terrain and layout. Feel free to use the water hose and spray down your pup or let them drink from it. Please turn off the water once you are done. I have 2 young kids, they may love to watch or even step out and play as long as you say it’s ok. All I ask is to be respectful of our property and cleanup after yourself.
