Description

A small/medium yard with all the essentials and more! The yard is fully fenced, closer to 600 sq. ft. There is an outdoor sofa with pillows and cafe table and chairs for humans while the dog(s) play in the yard. You may also open the sun umbrella if needed. A few toys are out but can be picked up upon request. There is no resident dog but I dog sit frequently. The yard is about 40% a brick patio and 60% grass. Kiddie pool available upon request and you’ll have access to a hose to fill/freshen water. Towels can be left out as well. Fresh/clean water bowl will be provided. Easy access to yard from convenient and never crowded street parking. Please be courteous of neighbors and do not block driveways. There is a small hot-tub not be used by dogs or humans. It is fully covered and out of the way. Motion censored light and camera in yard as well. Any other questions just ask :)

Please note, homeowner dog sits frequently with no resident dog in home. When I receive notice of a booking I will make every effort to secure the dog so they won’t bark from inside but may not be able to with each pet and will communicate accordingly.

Long time dog lover! One of the many gifts my late dog, Shadow, gave me was our home. It’s because of him we moved from the city to the burbs so he could have a little yard to enjoy and I’ve never been happier in a home. While he is no longer with me, I take much joy in pet sitting and sharing his toys and space with other pups. I can’t wait for you to enjoy it too! I’m new on Sniff Spot. If you have a reactive dog or just crave some good privacy, this is the perfect spot for you. Tall, secure wooden fence is 6 feet tall on the sides and 8 feet tall across the back. Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! There’s a fire table for your use. Please be sure to turn it completely off before you leave. When it’s hot out, there’s plenty of shade and we provide an oscillating fan on the deck for some cool breeze. Milk bones are provided, along with a hose and kiddie pool during the warmer months. We turn the water off in the winter so our pipes don’t freeze. Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. There's even a sitting area in the yard with a fetching sticks and some toys. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Thanks!
