Located on a quiet dead-end road in the Athens, Georgia area, this spacious grassy field offers plenty of room for dogs and their humans to explore, sniff, train, and relax away from crowded parks. Our property features a large open field surrounded by mature trees, with both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. It's an excellent spot for long-line walks, recall practice, training sessions, scent work, or simply giving your dog a peaceful place to decompress. This is an unfenced property, so dogs should remain leashed or under reliable voice control at all times. The road is very low traffic, and the dead-end location provides a calm, quiet environment with minimal distractions. Dogs must remain leashed, on a long line, or under reliable voice control at all times. • Owners are responsible for supervising and controlling their dogs throughout their visit. • Please pick up and remove all dog waste. • Please take all trash and personal belongings with you when you leave. • Stay within the designated property boundaries and respect neighboring properties. • No smoking, fires, or fireworks. • Please arrive and depart within your reservation time. • Dogs must be current on vaccinations and free of contagious illnesses. • Children may occasionally be present near the home. Please keep dogs under control when arriving and departing. • Use of the property is at your own risk. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs.
