AWESOME space! Lots of open room for pups to run around and play. My pup loved it, and we had a ton of fun playing ball. Lots of shade space, and spots in the sun. The sniff spot was well maintained, and included a water bowl, poop bags, and a nice chair to sit in. My dog is reactive (which I did disclose in a message before the visit). Unfortunately, we had to leave early from the spot as the next door neighbor’s dog was let outside and was barking and running right up to the fence line. The fence between the yards had very large gaps between posts (though covered with chicken wire). Thankfully, I was able to grab my dog before he reacted, which would have ended poorly (growling, snapping, lunging). I know part of that is on my own dogs reactivity, however I think most dogs would get agitated in that situation. Obviously the sniff spot owner doesn’t have any control over the neighbors dog, but I think that’s something good for other site users to know about. All that being said, this is a really nice space, so if you have a dog that is pretty unfazed by barking dogs, you’ll probably have a great time!
