This property is 6.5 acres with a 2 acre fenced in yard. 5 minutes off Pennsylvania turnpike and interstate 83. Quiet setting back off a dead end road. A 4 acre meadow is in back if you’d like to use it but it is outside the fence. Nothing but woods beyond that field. Toys & water if I’m home. Or join our membership for even more peRks!You are welcome to sit by the fire ring or on the shaded swing while your pups run. Please keep dogs off the porches. My dogs see them and go crazy. I sometimes have guests with dogs who compete in agility trials. I will ensure their dogs are inside during your visit. A hose for water is out back by the porch. Inquire about training sessions, essential oils benefits for dogs & humans & use of agility equipment. Do not book extras before messaging and clearing with me! The Splashpad Sniffspot yard at our Hershey Road location is available on Saturdays and Sundays only, offering a quiet, self-service environment while our facility is closed. Please note that this is a dog-only Splashpad. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to run or play on the Splashpad. While most visits are quiet and private, we do offer dog training classes onsite on some weekends. Guests may see people or dogs arriving, though they use a separate entrance. This is important to consider for dogs who may be reactive. This is a self-service experience, as staff are not typically onsite during weekend rentals. Clear operating instructions are provided to ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit. Want a small kiddie pool or splash pad? I'll accommodate! I have two dogs, one large and one small (in the pictures). I will ensure they are kept in the home for the duration of your time to enjoy the yard! The driveway is large, so plenty of space to accommodate any size vehicle. My home is located right off the Carlisle Pike by Aldi! I can't wait to share my yard with your pups!

SAVE! This is a separate area beyond Tina’s Dog House for half the price. Book it and try it! Although the lower property is fenced on the south side, there are no roads, dogs, or neighbors out and the woods end at a 20’ high turnpike fence way down the mountain. It’s quiet and vast & I’m on a dead end road. It’s ideal for dogs who can play off leash in an open field & woods without full fencing. Or if you just want to walk your dog on leash. Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage far away. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.
