Whether your dog loves to sprint, sniff, or just wander, there’s plenty of room to do it safely. 🐶 What to Expect: • Large, open land with tons of space to run • Quiet, private setting with minimal distractions • Great for reactive dogs or pups who need their own space • Cattle are present in the distance and visible from parts of the property 🚗 Parking & Property Guidelines: • Please park to the left of the house only • Do not block the driveway • Do not park on the grass • Please stay within the designated roaming area 10-40 (acres) • No access to the barn ⚠️ Important Property Notice: There is a fenced cattle pasture located behind the gate to the right of the barn on the property containing approximately 40 cattle, a bull, and a pond. The cows are generally very sweet, but there are also calves/babies in the pasture, so please use caution and be respectful of the livestock.
