55 Perfect spot to play
55Willow and I had a great time here! I appreciated the secure fence, toys to play with and plenty of space for her to run around.
55A great place in the city to let my reactive dog run around! It’s nice to have a secure area where he can safely be off leash. People and other dogs are visible through the fence, so just keep that in mind if your dog is reactive or doesn’t like seeing others. Overall, it’s a great spot for dogs that need room to run and burn off some energy.
55NICE, CLEAN, FUN, SAFE, LOTS OF SEATING AND SHADE!
55Great location to bring your pup!!
55So many great sniffs!
55It’s so nice to be able to take the dogs there to get sniffs of other dogs without them actually being there! We appreciate Barkside for being a Sniffspot!
55This is a really cute place and close to Detroit making it easier for us. Water is available and there are balls to play with your puppies. One thing to note if you are taking your high energy dogs here to run around maybe have boots on their feet. The concrete and wood chips scrapped our dogs’ feet. Totally on us since we didn’t think about this and would go back but with boots on. There are a lot on scents for the dogs and our dogs enjoyed walking around. There are a lot of people walking, walking with their dogs, running, and bicycling - just something to consider for reactive dogs. We went around 7:30am by 8:45am this neighborhood is busy with people so timing was definitely something to consider as well with reactive dogs.
55Koda and I loved it. Great spot to work on having fun and training around distractions. Easy to access the sniffspot
55Great space with lots of room for pups to roam and sniff! Water bowl and tennis balls were provided, as were multiple waste bag stations. Definitely recommend if you've wanted to check out Barkside but have reactive dogs!

.5 acre, fully fenced in yard. Most of the yard is 6ft tall except for the gate area, that is a standard 4ft chain link. Grass in the summer and snow in the winter. There is a porch with chairs to sit on and kiddie pools/hose for the dogs in the summer. If they are empty feel free to fill them up! I provide water bowls and poop bags along with a scooper. There are zero gaps in the fence. JUST ADDED! - DIG SPOT! I added a spot for your dogs to dig their hearts out right behind the garage!

🐾 A Place to Run, Sniff & Explore! 🌿 Welcome to our little piece of doggy paradise! Our four dogs absolutely LOVE running, exploring, sniffing, and discovering all the little surprises this space has to offer—and we’re excited to share it with your pups! 🐶❤️ Our main trail is a mowed, full-circle track that takes approximately 15–20 minutes to walk at a steady pace. But with curious noses and adventurous pups, we all know that walk can easily turn into an exploration expedition! 🐕👃🌱 Stop, sniff, investigate, and enjoy the scenery—there’s no rush here. Along the way, you’ll find beautiful scenic views and a designated spot about midway around the trail where you can take a break and play a little fetch with your pup. 🎾 🌾 NEW THIS SEASON: The Long-Grass Adventure Path! For pups who love to bound through the grass, we’ve opened a new long-grass exploration path! 💚 This path combines mowed grass with sections of longer grass and wildflowers, creating a fun little adventure for dogs who love to sniff, explore, and make their own discoveries. The path takes approximately 5–10 minutes to complete, but don’t be surprised if your pup has other plans! An unexpected smell, interesting patch of grass, or exciting discovery can easily turn a 10-minute walk into a much longer adventure. 🐾🌼 The entire area is relatively flat, with the only real difference being the length of the grass and the wildflower areas. Whether your pup wants to run full speed, play fetch, wander at their own pace, or stop every few feet to investigate something fascinating, we hope this space gives them the freedom to simply enjoy being a dog. Come sniff. Come explore. Come run. Come make some memories. 🐾❤️🌿 IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD
