This field is lightly wooded and has a few winding trails through it. It is on a hill side and has a seasonal creek and pond. You will occasionally see deer & wild turkeys. We do not charge by the dog so please just select one dog! We do offer booking outside of the app and offer 50% off the first visit for booking through facebook, text or email. Hi, I’m Monet, and this is Happy Tails Farm! We’re all about enjoying life with animals, especially dogs (and chickens :)! The farm is on 15 scenic acres, located just outside of Eugene. We're easily accessed via Fox Hollow, Chambers, or Bailey Hill. Our property has a 3 acre Fully Fenced & mowed private dog park with a view of Spencers Butte! There's some fun stuff out there including giant tractor tires, a straw bale structure (Pumpkin Parkour!), jumps and an agility tunnel. We're always looking for new ideas and love requests! We also have 7+ acres of Partially Fenced nature area with trails, including forest and fields. Please keep your dog on leash while exploring the trails, as the property is not 100% fenced and there can be deer roaming as well!

The deck has outdoor seating, making it a lovely spot to relax while your dog enjoys the property. Additional amenities include: • Fresh water and a trough for dogs to drink from and splash or play in. • A fully functioning outhouse for human use. • Deck and kitchen lighting for evening hangouts. • Plenty of space to enjoy food, snacks, and time with your dog. • Potable water for humans and dogs. • A secure place to store food, personal belongins, and a place to stay dry if it’s raining. Please note: The yurt is off-limits to dog park visitors, but the deck and designated outbuilding spaces are available for you to enjoy. You are responsible for your dog and all decisions made for yourself and your animal while using the property, including in the river area. Big grass area to throw a ball. There are goats and chickens enclosed on other side of property with a gate in between. Goats and chickens are not accessible by dogs and are not bothered by dogs. We can enclose goats in barn if you'd like.

The Peach Place 1.25 Fenced Acres

Close to downtown Corvallis, come let your dog run free and just be a dog for a little while. Our newly fenced in area is a work in progress and we will be adding more things to do for pups and their humans. If there is anything you would like to see added in the future, please don't hesitate to let us know. We also have chickens that have decided to go into overdrive in the egg laying department so we also have eggs for sale. Send a message our way if you'd like us to set some out for you.

Normal road noise but no other animals on outside premises. I have a covered porch your welcome to use. When its rainy weather its best to wear some boots it can get a little muddy. Pooper scooper and trash can provided. There is lots of good smells and exploring to do in this yard so enjoy!! Please clean up after your pups thank you in advance. If you book after dark I'll provide a flashlight. There is a trampoline now on the property. Feel free to eat cherries from the tree when they are in season. Ps. Pics of string to open gate and push hard! And which gate to go through to get inside yard :)
