Whether your dog wants to sprint, sniff every inch of the lawn, relax in the shade, or explore new scents along the wooded edges, there’s room to do it here. Guests can enjoy: • A scenic pond area with deck access • Open grassy spaces for running and play • Quiet walking loops throughout the property • Wooded surroundings and natural scent enrichment • Multiple entrance/access points for convenience • A peaceful, private setting away from crowded public dog parks This spot is especially great for: • Reactive dogs needing private off-leash time • High-energy dogs who need room to move • Dogs who enjoy sniffing and exploring nature • Owners looking for a calm, relaxing environment The property has a cozy estate-like feel with mature landscaping, tree-lined driveways, and lots of space to slow down and enjoy being outside together. please be careful/restrict dog access in shrub beds surrounding the main house as there may be left over glass debris from a house fire years ago. it has been cleaned up mostly since, but sometimes we find stragglers.

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table.
