The area can get muddy when it has rained, but there is a hose to wash your pups paws when done. We have treats and toys for the dogs and some snacks and drinks for the hoomans. We offer our 18 acres fenced in area. We specialize in reactive and fearful dogs. We understand the challenges of having a dog that is scared and how important is to have a place in which you can relax and enjoy him/her/them instead of being hypervigilant looking for triggers 24/7. And moreover, we want your dog(s) to have a place in which he/she/they can be happy and have fun instead of being constantly looking for triggers and feel stressed out. Here you will see no triggers (but a chicken or turkey here and there, which would probably add to the enrichment experience) We hope you can relax and enjoy playing with your dog and have him/her/them go home tired, satisfied and happy. As extras, your dog(s) will still be able to smell different animals like deer, turkey, squirrels, snakes, frogs, and also play in our small agility area. You will not have to see any dogs while being here, no worries we have you cover. The property consists of over 8 acres, including an acre pond, and walking trail. The trail loops around 5 of the acres. Dogs can freely roam anywhere within the property.

Mandee's Private Wooded Dog Park

This is privately owned land in Chelsea and will allow you to take your dog for a run in a mowed area with sections of long grass and also for a run through the woods. The wooded area has a significant amount of wetland that the doggies love to get filthy in so bring towels if you expect your dogs to run in the woods. You may see deer and other wild animals on the property. This is an awesome spot to take your pupper out in the wilds for a truly unique dog park experience. My puppers have a blast whenever we bring them out - and so does my 15 year old son. Please be careful on the wooded path as there are a lot of trip hazards in the form of dead trees and logs.

The Meadow: 3 Acre Fenced Private Dog Play Spot In Perrysburg

Come enjoy the country life with your dogs just minutes away from the city. We have a total of 5 acres with 3ish in the back fully fenced with 5ft welded wire. By the house there is a deck and patio with hose access and seating. There are tall grass meadow areas and mown grass play areas along with trails through the tall grass and plenty of voles to hunt around for. We have 3 pups orselves that will be kept inside and away from the yard but are available to play depending on your preference. The pond is full of nature and a very nice spot to cool off.
