Enjoy this beautifully landscaped 1.8 acre private yard in the lovely New Franklin/Coventry Township area. Though the yard is not fully fenced, it includes a lush 2-lot stretch of land spanning all the way from Manchester Road to Lake Vista Road and is tucked away and partially surrounded by pine trees that provide privacy Friendly non-pet-owning neighbors surround the area, including adult-only families who tend to keep to themselves outside of the occasional yard work - It can be anticipated that you’ll have complete privacy during your visit. The host works from home but will also provide you privacy while visiting, unless you need anything. The host’s pets will remain indoors during your visit. If you and your furry companion(s) are looking for a nearby place to romp and roam, with plenty of space to explore, sniff, and play fetch to your hearts’ content, this is the (sniff)spot for you! We hope to host you soon!

Please note that Manchester Road can be busy during the day time. We recommend staying in the lush yard area between the garage and the back street (Lake Vista), and avoiding the front yard area, which runs along the busier Manchester Road. You may choose to walk the front yard area, if you please, but having your furry friend leashed during this time is recommended. Please note that there may be poison ivy or poison oak growing along the OUTSIDE of the yard, so extra caution should be taken to avoid going outside the yard’s perimeter.

1. Please clean up after your dog and dispose of any waste in either of the plastic black garbage cans inside the carport. 2. Please do not disturb any buildings, structures, or vehicles in the driveway or on the land. 3. Please be aware that poison ivy or poison oak may be growing along the OUTSIDE of the property and do your best to avoid these areas. 4. Please note that the area is not fully fenced, but does include the land stretching from Manchester Road to Lake Vista Road, spanning the width from the far edge of house to the fence.
