Welcome to our private backyard Sniffspot, located in Pine Hills, a very safe and quiet neighborhood—perfect for dogs who just need a stress-free space to do their business, stretch their legs, and relax. We offer both driveway and street parking for your convenience. Once you arrive, a private walkway leads you directly to the backyard, complete with a lockable door for added privacy and security. The backyard is entirely fenced, so you can feel confident that your dog won’t be able to escape or access other areas. It’s a calm, enclosed space designed with safety in mind. We also provide a variety of amenities that are beneficial for both you and your pet, making each visit comfortable and easy—whether you’re stopping by for a quick bathroom break or a little outdoor time. We look forward to welcoming you and meeting your pup soon! 🐕✨

Our Sniffspot is our fully fenced, backyard attached to the house, with a private entrance from the driveway. All breeds are welcome. Reactive dogs are welcome. This centrally located spot in the Capital Region will be a comfortable, safe and fun space for you and your dog(s) to play. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Guilderland (near the borders of Albany and North Bethlehem) with ample driveway space. Easy access to the backyard - you can use the private black metal side gate (pictured) to enter the backyard. You’ll find ample space for running and playing. There’s even a dedicated smaller fenced in dog area within the larger fenced in backyard (if you’d like to use that dog-friendly space as well). For the humans, there is a large covered porch, with ample seating and outlets for charging your phone. For dogs, there is a water bowl with readily accessible hose for water, toys and treats available for use while in the backyard. We have two small pups (Daschunds) of our own (Murphy and Bucky) who love their backyard but they will be inside during your visit so your pups will have the space all to themselves. *******WARNING******* HUNTING SEASON BOW 10/1-11/14 RIFLE 11/15-12/7 PLEASE wear bright colors and have something on dogs! There are orange bandanas in Tupperware bin creekside. Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.
