55We had such a wonderful time! This was our first doing this on the Sniffspot app. The trail was clearly marked. I was not sure about time, but one hour was plenty of time to walk the blue trail. It comes back out where you park. The dogs loved it!

55Beautiful, well marked trails! We stuck to the blue trail that had some turns and I was impressed by how clearly they were marked. No dogs in the sight, perfect for my reactive pup! We'll definitely go back!

55I found the spot without difficulty and as explained by host. The trail was easy to follow and it felt very private and peaceful walking with my dog. The only wish I had was to have my puppy experience the creek but as I was told there hasn’t been enough rain of late. I would highly recommend this spot.
15Unfortunately we had a hard time finding trail entrance. I’ve included photos to help future guests but signs would have been helpful. We walked to the left of the barn as directed but ended up on a back “deer trail” that put us on the main trail going the opposite direction as intended on the loop. We followed the blue flags from there but that led us to the homeowners property where there were loose chickens.
55A nice shaded loop trail, took us about 35 mins to finish.

You can park by the red barn. An old foundation will be directly in front of you. The trail starts to the left of where you park, there is a sign that says, Trail Entrance. The main trail is marked with Blue markers. A red and white trail goes in between the blue loop. The blue trail is a 1.5 Mile loop- it’s beautiful, Full of nature.

Please be cautious when walking your pet. Some mushrooms can be toxic to dogs. The trails are very private and maintained. There may be limbs that fall in the trails due to the deeply wooded area. Due to the trails being in the woods, the surface can be uneven- you need to watch your footing and know you are walking at your own risk. There may also be wild animals (deer, rabbits, raccoons, etc…. Bear and coyotes are rare, but have been known to roam). - it is not recommended to take your dog off leash unless they have great recall.

The pond is spring-fed and stocked, so feel free to swim, fish, or float during your visit (anytime between June and November).
