Description

Fully fenced yard with a brick wall. The only view to outside of the yard is the gate. We offer a good amount of running space with grass, mulch and concrete for your fur child. Our gazebos are retractable so there is shade and shelter for yourself along with couches and chairs. There is an outdoor tv and fire pit for your use if you wish.

Small gaps in the fence. I have an exterminator come by once a month to spray for the spiders. It is nontoxic for pets as I have my own that roam the yard.

Welcome! We hope you enjoy your time in the yard. To help us keep this space clean and enjoyable for everyone, we kindly ask that you leave the area just as beautifully as you found it. Please tidy up after yourself and your pets before you leave; for your convenience, a rake and pooper scooper are located near the trash cans, and waste can be placed directly into the bin without bagging. To protect the landscaping, please ensure your pets do not dig. You are welcome to enjoy the complimentary TV and fire pit, and we just ask that you remember to turn off the propane at the tank, unplug the TV, return the remote to its cover pocket, and replace all protective covers when you are done. If you are staying after dark, you can easily turn on the evening lights by plugging them into the outlet located in the back corner of the gazebo. Thank you for your cooperation, and have a wonderful stay!

My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.
