Description

2 gorgeous acres of fenced yard you can let your pups run in. **Please note that this fence is only about 3’ high so no escape artists or jumpers as we are in mountains and near a road so don’t want to ever risk a pup’s life*** We also do have a much smaller horse pen that’s not in use that does have a 4’ fence. Our house is in middle of property and we have dogs - but we will leave them and us in with blinds closed so you won’t be bothered. 🙂

Busier road on one side so if dogs are jumpers, please don’t risk until we get fencing taller. If we get a lot of rain, I will block off days as we are a pasture and can get very muddy and slick.

Hi, I’m a huge dog lover and have been very involved in rescue and training for over 30 years. My daughter and I traveled and lived in RV for years and I didn’t feel safe taking my dogs to public dog parks and often the RV Park dog parks weren’t big enough. I would have loved something like this so when I heard about this I vowed if I ever had a yard big enough, I would join. We will be updating and adding to the area as we learn what people like.

My side yard is 90' deep and 120" long, running along a gravel road that deadends at the riverside drain next to the Bosque. Great size to pick up the ball chucker and give your canine a run for their money, if they are a ball chaser!! If not there is the smells of literally dozens of dogs over the years, as well as a light smattering of chicken poop smell, and residual odor from daytime sqirrels and nocturnal skunks. Only enough odor for dogs, not humans! There are 2 very mature hens penned up in the chicken yard during your vsit. For humans there are lawn chairs.
