*Xander2040 first visit discounts* **You must have a reserved, paid-for spot to enter the yard. No exceptions. And you can only be in the enclosed fenced area on the property. NOWHERE ELSE. **PLEASE READ HRS OF AVAILABILITY HERE** The yard is available: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (no Tues/Wed/major holidays) between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Last booking would need to be made for a 3:30 p.m. exit. *Hate opening the yard description with this, but there has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. PLEASE make sure to pick up your dog's poop. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. Plenty of room for your pups to run & play. Enjoy the shaded swing and shaded table, as well as a box full of balls & poop bags. Water bowls up by the garage doors. Please keep your dogs from digging in the grass. We have recently filled in holes, mostly down at the base of the property by the fence, but sort of all over the property. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Please put it back in that rack, and not on the table. (we have a puppy that likes to destroy those type things.) There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely be heard, as they bark when you pull up. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. If you have a foster dog, you can come for free. Just reach out to me so I can make the yard available. We love it here, and we hope you do too. People live on the property, so please be mindful of that. We do have a new Bermuda lawn on the upper part of the yard closest to the house, so there are still a few dirt spots that have not filled in. Please, to the extent you can, keep your dogs from digging in the dirt in those areas. Poop bags will be on the table. Please pick up after your pet.
