🐾 LuxPaw Society – Private Oasis Guest Guidelines Welcome to LuxPaw Society – Private Oasis. Our goal is to provide a peaceful, safe, and enjoyable environment where dogs and their humans can relax, play, and explore together. Because this is a fully private reservation, dogs of all personalities are welcome — including shy, reactive, senior dogs, puppies, or dogs that simply prefer their own space. To help us maintain a beautiful and safe environment for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these guidelines: ⸻ 🐕 Supervision • Dogs must remain under their owner’s supervision at all times. ⸻ 🚪 Entry & Gates • Please keep dogs on leash until inside the Oasis area. • Ensure the gate is fully closed and secured immediately after entering. • Always confirm the gate is closed before removing the leash. • Secure the gate again when exiting. ⸻ 🧹 Cleanliness (IMPORTANT) • Please pick up after your dog. • Waste bags and a poop scooper are provided for your convenience. • All filled waste bags MUST be taken with you when leaving. 👉 This is essential to keep the space clean and enjoyable for all guests. ⸻ 💧 Water Station • Fresh natural well water is available for your dog. • Please leave the water bowl clean and empty after use. ⸻ 🎾 Toys & Equipment • Toys and supplies are available for guest use. • Please return all items to the toy chest before leaving. ⸻ 🪑 Seating Area • Guests are welcome to enjoy the covered seating area. • Perfect for relaxing while your dog plays. • Small celebrations (like dog birthday parties) are welcome. • Please leave the area clean and in the same condition you found it. ⸻ 🔥 Fire Pit Use (IMPORTANT – READ CAREFULLY) For your safety and the safety of others: • Use of the fire pit is at your own risk • Fire must never be left unattended • Keep dogs and children at a safe distance at all times • Do not use flammable liquids (gasoline, etc.) • Only use appropriate firewood (no trash or debris) • Fully extinguish the fire before leaving (no embers or smoke) • Do not use the fire pit during windy or dry conditions • Ensure the surrounding area remains clear of flammable materials 👉 Improper use may result in loss of access and liability for damages ⸻ 🚗 Parking • A graveled parking area is available for guests. ⸻ 🌿 Property Respect • Please treat the property with care and respect. • Help us keep LuxPaw Society clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. ⸻ 🎥 Security • For safety purposes, the property is monitored by security cameras. ⸻ ⚠️ Liability • LuxPaw Society – Private Oasis is private property and used at your own risk. ⸻ ❤️ Thank You Thank you for helping us create a special place for dogs and their humans. 🐾 Boris & Maria LuxPaw Society – Private Oasis

NOWHERE ELSE. **PLEASE READ HRS OF AVAILABILITY HERE** The yard is available: Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday (no Tues/Wed/major holidays) between 8:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. Last booking would need to be made for a 3:30 p.m. exit. *Hate opening the yard description with this, but there has been a problem lately with poop not getting picked up. PLEASE make sure to pick up your dog's poop. Welcome to our 1.25-acre fully fenced yard. No frills. Plenty of room for your pups to run & play. Enjoy the shaded swing and shaded table, as well as a box full of balls & poop bags. Water bowls up by the garage doors. Please keep your dogs from digging in the grass. We have recently filled in holes, mostly down at the base of the property by the fence, but sort of all over the property. There is a wooden rack in between the garage doors which holds the Chuck-it. Please put it back in that rack, and not on the table. (we have a puppy that likes to destroy those type things.) There are security cameras monitoring the driveway & gate into the property for your protection and ours. Resident dogs cannot be seen from the yard, but will most likely be heard, as they bark when you pull up. There is a trash can up by the garage where you can throw the poop bags. If you have a foster dog, you can come for free. Just reach out to me so I can make the yard available. We love it here, and we hope you do too.
